Thinking about Charenton or Montgallet street, I must comfess I mostly visualised all the electronics and computer shops aligned along those streets, and I thought about that hard drive I’d buy if I had the time. So when I looked at the Alchimiste address I had a hard time picturing this nice little neighborhood bistrot which is indeed there, like an oasis in this area otherwise a little sad in terms of foodie places.
L’Alchimiste is a traditionnal french bistrot, with must-eat generous dishes, to be chosen from the slate on the wall, which varies with the seasons. Appetisers are brought to the table to let us time to chose. And it’s indeed difficult to chose tonight.
To continue with a meat-lover selection. Very cooked with this delicious slow-cooked lamb…
From Monday to Saturday lunch 12h-14h30 or dinner 20h-22h30
